Terms and Conditions
·One adult is required to attend lessons with each child.
·Each child is to be accompanied by no more than one adult.
·Siblings are not permitted in the classroom.
·If your class falls below the starting number of students, there may be a need to change the day or time of the class, or disband the class.
·When only one child is present, the child receives a half-hour private lesson.
Class is cancelled in the event of Typhoon 8 or Red Rain Signal being hoisted an hour prior to the scheduled commencement time. My Music Playground will not re-schedule, make-up, or provide credit for classes that cannot be held due to such enforced closures.
Visual or audio recording is strictly prohibited.
Adults please keep your phones on silent, and please do not take calls during class.
We have a no food and drinks policy in our premises. Water is fine.
Fees are payable in full by the stated date, failing which your enrollment will be cancelled.
Account adjustments (if applicable) will be made at the end of the payment period and will be adjusted against the next invoice.
Refunds, make-up classes, credits, or re-scheduling are not given for student absences.
WITHDRAWAL OR REQUEST FOR CHANGE OF LESSON TIME
·All new group classes are non-refundable within the first 6 months period.
·Thereafter, 4 weeks notice of intention to discontinue shall be given for a refund to be issued.
Re-enrollment is on an invitation basis.
Students who are consistently absent or lack practice may not be invited to re-enroll.
